Our Privacy Commitment

Swapora AI is built with a focus on user privacy and data minimization. We only collect the information required to provide our premium AI services.

Multi-Platform Privacy: Swapora AI is available on web, iOS, and Android. This privacy policy applies to all platforms. Your account information and subscription status are synced across platforms to ensure a seamless experience.

Face Data & Biometric Information

Swapora's core feature requires you to upload a face photo. Because face data is sensitive, we are transparent about exactly how it is handled.

• What face data we collect: When you initiate a generation, you voluntarily upload a face photo (JPG or PNG). This photo may contain biometric face data.
• How face data is used: Your face photo is used exclusively to generate the AI face-swap video you requested. It is not used for any other purpose — including advertising, analytics, user profiling, or AI model training.
• Third-party AI processing: To generate your video, your face photo and the motion reference video you provide are transmitted to Evolink AI (api.evolink.ai), our third-party AI video processing service. Evolink AI processes your files solely to generate the requested video output.
• Storage & retention: Your face photo and reference video are not permanently stored by Swapora or Evolink AI. Both files are deleted from all servers upon completion of the generation task. We do not maintain a database of user faces or biometric data.
• No sharing with other parties: Your face photo is never sold, licensed, or shared with any party other than Evolink AI for the sole purpose described above.
• Generated video storage: The resulting video is stored temporarily on Vercel Blob infrastructure to allow download, then deleted. Your generation history is stored locally on your device only — not on our servers.

Mobile app disclosure: On iOS and Android, the app displays an in-app consent dialog before your face photo or reference video is transmitted for AI processing. You may decline at any time.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: We store your email address and subscription status to manage your access to the service.
• Media Processing: Any videos or photos you upload are used solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. We do not use your personal media to train AI models.
• Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by secure, industry-standard third-party providers. We do not store your sensitive financial information on our servers.

Data Storage & Retention

Local History: To ensure maximum privacy, your generation history and the resulting videos are stored locally on your device. On the web app, this is stored locally in your browser. On iOS and Android apps, this is stored locally on your phone. We do not maintain a permanent library of your generated videos on our servers.

Temporary Assets: Any files uploaded for processing are automatically purged from our temporary systems shortly after the generation is complete.

Cross-Device Sync: Your account information and subscription status are synced across web, iOS, and Android platforms. However, your generation history and generated videos remain local to each device for maximum privacy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. We only share data with essential service providers necessary to fulfill your requests (such as processing payments or running AI computations).
