1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Swapora AI ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Swapora AI provides AI-powered face-swapping tools. The quality of output depends on the source material provided. We provide the tool "as is" and make no guarantees regarding the aesthetic or technical perfection of generated results.

Platform Availability: Swapora AI is available as a web application, an iOS mobile app, and an Android mobile app. All platforms share the same core functionality and subscription system.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans grant a specific number of "swaps" per billing cycle.
• Unused swaps do not roll over to the next month.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal.
• Cross-Platform Subscription Sync: Subscriptions purchased on any platform (web, iOS, or Android) are synced across all platforms. If you purchase a subscription on the web app, you will automatically have access to the same subscription level on the iOS and Android apps, and vice versa. You only need one active subscription to access Swapora AI across all platforms.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use Swapora AI to:

• Create non-consensual sexual content or deepfakes.
• Harass, defame, or impersonate real people without authorization.
• Generate illegal or harmful content.

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these policies.

5. Ownership

You retain all rights to the media you upload and the videos you generate. Swapora AI does not claim ownership over your content.

6. Liability

Swapora AI is not responsible for how you use the generated content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with local laws and rights of publicity.
